Chairman of Executive Committee at the 35th Tokyo International Film Festival (TIFF) TEZUKA Osamu, President and Chief Executive Officer of Toei Company Ltd., has passed away on February 14 at the age of 62.

 
He served as Chairman of Executive Committee at TIFF for the past two terms, the 34th TIFF in 2021 and the 35th TIFF in 2022. The entire festival staff is deeply grateful for his understanding and great support toward holding a full-scale physical editions despite the continued challenges and uncertainties brought about by COVID-19.
